Product Introduction:

HiNet's "Secure Mail" is the first line of defense for E-mails on an enterprise mail server; it performs filtering before the E-mail reaches the enterprise mail server, and blocks E-mails infected by a virus and SPAM, lowering the existing risks in E-mail communication and helping enterprises perform data security control.

"Secure Mail" not only provides enterprises with all year long service, it requires no additional software/hardware expansion fees or changes to the enterprise's current E-mail architecture. Not only can it effectively save on enterprise manpower and the workload of IT personnel, it also allow employees to enjoy a secure and clean E-mail environment.

1. SPAM—uses the industry's leading Symantec technology

2. Virus removal-uses Symantec AntiVirus technology

  • Real-time antivirus content from "Symantec Security Response"; virus definition is automatically updated every 10 minutes.
  • The processing method for virus-infected E-mails can be set according to customer needs: clean and send; delete directly if cannot be cleaned.

Product Fees

I. Billing method

  • The system records the number of accounts that use the service every day and calculate average monthly usage. Monthly fees are calculated based on the number of accounts used in a month multiplied by the interval rate.

    Example: If the average number of accounts that used this service this month for customer A was 57, then the fee for the first 30 is NT$60 per account; and the fee for accounts 31~57 is NT$55 per account, therefore the total monthly rate for this month is 60*30 + 27*55 = NT$3,285

  • If the system is leased for less than a month, then it is charged by ratio.
  • If the number of accounts that used the service was 31 (included) or above, then the NT$500 domain setting fee will not be collected.
