Enterprise SMS
Service Introduction
- HiNet enterprise SMS service is a comprehensive enterprise management and marketing tool combined with new mobile communication methods including Internet and wireless communications. It is able to send SMS domestically (internationally) to various telecommunication provider's GSM and 4G mobile phones and Chunghwa Telecom's pager system platform, allowing enterprises to send large amounts of SMS in real-time to customers, members and employees. This enhances customer relations management and member marketing, increases the mobile efficiency of employees and creates comprehensive enterprise competitiveness.
- In addition to enabling SMS sending through the web and window software, it also provides Socket interface specifications (program interfacing methods) so that customers can develop their own client application programs according to their needs.
Function Descriptions
- It has the largest network bandwidth in the country with the most advanced and high quality SMS sending equipment, making it possible to quickly send large numbers of SMS.
- Able to send SMS to domestic/international GSM numbers.
- Provides standard internet communication protocol SMS platform sending methods (TCP/IP Socket API).
- When a mobile phone is turned off or reception is bad the system automatically resends the SMS within 24 hours.
- Able to instruct the system to stop sending an SMS if it cannot be successfully sent within a set period.
- Provides SMS send status and send success time searches.
- Scheduled SMS and cancel settings.
- SMS are only billed when successfully sent.
- Provides two-way SMS function to receive replies from various domestic telecommunication providers.
